The ASSU offers fair trade organic coffee outside of the lounge. $1 for a refill and $1.25 with a cup. 

There are past midterms and finals that can be requested and viewed. Please email assu.examfile@gmail.com to request specific exams. The ASSU is always looking to expand the exam file, reimbursement for midterms and finals is available, so bring them in!

The ASSU offers travel funding up to $125 to students and campus rec teams travelling out of town for university related activities. The form may be picked up at the ASSU office and are available online.

The ASSU will reimburse students for the campus rec fees for individuals and teams as long as the individual is registered in the College of Arts and Science or fifty percent of the team is registered in the College. The form can be picked up at the ASSU office and are available online. 

According to the College of Arts & Science, all posters must be stamped by the Arts&Science Students' Union before being put up. Failing to receive a stamp on your poster will lead to your poster being taken down by Facilities Management Division and members of the ASSU. 

The ASSU awards 2 scholarships annually to 2 students, one to junior students (1st and 2nd year) and another to upper year students (3rd year and up). To be eligible, you must be a registered student in the College of Arts and Science. 

The second-floor Arts Lounge can be booked for special occasions. Please fill out the request form and drop it off in our office and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
